We're affiliated with some of Indiana's finest physicians offering a comprehensive range of medical specialties, as well as family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics. (More than 80% of our participating physicians are board certified in their specialty.)
Convenience
Your employees also enjoy the convenience of finding a network physician or care facility close to home. The participating hospitals are located throughout east central Indiana and Indianapolis with a statewide wrap available.
Savings
We have negotiated agreements with our network providers to ensure quality care at substantial savings. (These agreements include hospital/facility discounts, physician fixed fee schedules and no balance billing.) As a result, your employees enjoy considerably lower out-of-pocket expenses –just by choosing one of the numerous healthcare providers affiliated with the Select Circle network.
Choice
On the other hand, your employees are not restricted to Cardinal Care providers. They have the freedom to seek care from any hospital or physician they choose and still receive reasonable benefits coverage. However, there are more restrictions to receiving out of network care than the standard PPO product Select Circle.
